Uniting Together In Jesus

God created us to be His family and to unite together as a family. 
We have spent too much time hiding in our houses and our church buildings.  It's time for us to stretch our arms, shake off our slumber, walk out into the sunlight and greet one another.

We are not of the world system, but we are a part of society, and we are to be the light that shines in the darkness.  This means we are to band together as a united family and bring the gifts and talents that God gave each of us into our communities.

Each one of us has something to offer our communities and when we use our creative gifts we add to each other's lives.  This doesn't mean that we leave Jesus at home as we go out into the community and work and play together, that time has passed, and honestly, should have never been.

If we have accepted Jesus as our Lord and Savoir than He is one with us and ready and able to assist us in every daily task.  He wants to shine through us not be left on a shelf to be taken down and dusted off as needed.

It is my heart's desire to encourage and lift up my brother's and sister's in Christ and join together with you to transform our dying society into the beautiful kingdom that Jesus left us to steward.  We have been lulled to sleep and been rendered inactive but we can change that with one simple choice, to wake up and pick up our cross and follow Him.

Being the light of Jesus simply means to surrender to Him and allow Him to live through us.  It is not I that lives but Jesus that lives in me.

With one simple act we will transform our families, neighborhoods, towns, cities, states and countries.  What is this all encompassing act?  To love one another, not as the world loves, but as Jesus loves us, so shall we love one another.
